The Fresh Riftwalkers event was created by a group of players led by Eden68.
After a few weeks or preparation and testing, the guild was created and players from everywhere were invited to level up together and experience the low levels of the game with group content being the primary focus.

Players are able to choose if they want to play ERA mode with restrictions to give that proper ‘Vanilla’ feel, or to just play how they like in Fresh mode. With such a large pool of players, creating raid groups at level 50 will be perfectly feasible, hopefully allowing both new and old players to really enjoy those old raids with something akin to the challenge that we all had back when they were new!

3 days in to the event, everyone is levelling through the Mathosian zones, with regular groups tackling the dungeons together.
The discord is abuzz with players chatting and helping others. There is a great atmosphere of fun and hope!

At the moment it is impossible to stop XP gain, although this was an option in the past, it was removed when Mentoring was added to the game. We are hoping that Gamigo will be able to put this tick box back in, so players can reach level 50 and then stop XP to be able to play naturally while still participating in low level content without becoming too OP. Gamigo have said that they will have a look at this, but we don’t know yet if it will be done.
