Head south into Stonecrest and find a ‘Lost Soul’ mob.
Click the Containment Unit item, target the Lost Soul with the target circle and use it.
The Lost Soul will shrink down and become friendly, right click to talk to the soul and then loot the Lost Soul, this quest item will go into your quest item bag.

In this small alcove you will sometimes find the Starry Family.
These guys are not always up, so keep checking back and check all shards till you find them.
When you find them, approach Jyn Starry, this will start a wave of ‘Rampaging Corpses’ that will attack you and the Starry Family, kill them all!
There will be 9 waves of Rampaging Corpses, each with 3 mobs per wave.
Once all the waves are finished, Jyn Starry will finally offer you the quest!
Take the quest and then click the wooden box at the back of the alcove to complete the quest.

Approach the cave (Entrance at /setwaypoint 3906 3357) and 4 ‘Flesh Hungerer’ mobs will appear, kill them! If they kill Alfred Mannew or you take too long then will despawn, you will need to switch shard to try again or wait for Alfred Mannew to respawn.
Right click the pickaxe to break the stone and then Alfred Mannew will give you the quest.

WARNING: The Deranged Cadaver mob is SUPER RARE. It counts in the rotation of rare mobs in the zone, so killing the other rare mobs that are up in Scarlet Gorge will give the Deranged Cadaver ‘space’ to spawn, but even with hours of farming I was unable to get it to spawn. Back in Chocolate Rift this was a huge issue as the zone used to have very few quests that counted towards the quest completion cheevo, so every quest mattered! There are now many more quests in the zone (due to shared carnages) so you will be able to easily get the cheevo without having to wait hours for this asshole to spawn.
