You buy this mount from a Vendor that you summon yourself! If you have 7,000 or more Loyalty Points, you’ll have access to this vendor.
Open your Abilities Window [P] and find the Veteran Rewards Vendor in the General Tab. Click to summon him.
The mounts costs 50 Platinum each.
The mounts from this vendor will unlock as your Loyalty increases.
